Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Currently in a 2BHK in NIBM Road, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Are Pune Metro and Ring Road really pushing prices in areas like Hinjewadi or Wagholi? Is the appreciation genuine, or mostly builder hype? Wondering if any affordable investment windows remain near these corridors.

Yaar, Hinjewadi aur Wagholi ka hype toh bahut hai, lekin kya yeh sustainable hai? Metro aur Ring Road accha hai, but prices already आसमान छू रहे hain. Affordable window kahaan hai ab? Lagta hai builder ne hi mahaul bana rakha hai. Koi genuine appreciation hai ya bas speculative bubble?
Totally agree, bhai! Mera friend ne Wagholi mein ek project dekha tha, builder ne bola Metro station paas mein hai, but reality mein 5 km door hai. Sirf brochures mein sab
