What's the real all-in cost for a 2BHK at Bhandari Associates in Bhosale Nagar? I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised it again, so finally taking the plunge. Are construction-linked payment plans actually better for investors, or is a larger down payment smarter to reduce total interest? Also, how much does super area inflate vs carpet area usually? Trying to understand the true total cost for a ₹90L property.

Bhandari Associates? Bhai, thoda research kar lo. Unka ek project Ambegaon mein delay ho gaya tha bahut. Bhosale Nagar is good, but check their RERA history properly. ₹90L for a 2BHK there sounds about right for the base price, but hidden costs will add another 10-15% easily. Stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance advance... sab jodna padega.
