₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Hinjewadi seems high, but I'm based in Dubai and can't easily visit. I'm looking to invest in Pune, probably a 2BHK, for long-term appreciation and rental yield. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr. I'm concerned about legal clarity and managing the property from abroad. Has anyone here invested through power of attorney? Is it reliable? I'm also debating between an under-construction project from Kolte-Patil or a ready-to-move unit. With RERA stories, is UC still too risky without constant supervision? Which areas like NIBM Road or Baner offer better rental yields and appreciation for this budget? I'd need a good property manager. Any recommendations on that front? Honestly not sure how to proceed without being there.

Bhai, 90 lakh for 2BHK in Hinjewadi? Bahut zyada hai yaar. PoA se toh aur risky lag raha hai. I'm a first-time buyer too, so confused.
Totally agree with you. Sahi kaha, bro. Hinjewadi prices have gone crazy, especially for new projects. For an NRI, PoA is a big trust factor. My uncle had a bad experience from the US.
