₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Baner — seems a bit high, no? I'm based in Dubai, planning to invest in Pune, maybe a 2BHK in Hinjewadi or Wagholi. But can't do a site inspection myself, which is a huge concern. Builders like Kolte-Patil or Godrej Properties, unka process NRI ke liye kitna smooth hai? Is it worth buying without physically seeing the property? Power of attorney setup from abroad, is it complicated? Aur after possession, property manager ka kya scene hai? Rental yield ke liye koi reliable agency hai jo sab handle kar le? Worried about legal clarity and tenant issues without being there. Any experiences with this, guys?

90 lakh for 2BHK in Baner is definitely high, bhai. For that much, you might get a 3BHK in areas like Wakad or even a good 2BHK in Hinjewadi with amenities. Baner has become super expensive, it's more for end-use now, not really investment.
Exactly! I was looking in Baner too, but the prices are insane. For NRI, it's even tougher to negotiate. Maybe look at Ambegaon or even Akurdi
