₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Marvel Aquanas. I've tracked this project for 2 years, and the promised amenities versus actual post-possession are concerning. From my experience, unused clubhouses just inflate maintenance. Is the ROI really there if tenants don't use half the facilities? What's the real maintenance vs service quality like for investors here?
