Pune investors: Are clubhouses just a maintenance burden?

Moved into Raj Heramba 1 Hallmark Aveneu Phase II last month, and honestly, the clubhouse hype is just that – hype. Everyone talks about premium amenities driving resale and tenant attraction, but is anyone actually *using* these lavish clubhouses daily? Or are they just expensive showpieces that inflate maintenance charges? I'm seeing ours pretty empty most days. Seems like a huge capital sink for little actual return for investors. Change my mind.
