Moved into Raj Heramba 1 Hallmark Aveneu Phase II last month, and honestly, the clubhouse hype is just that – hype. Everyone talks about premium amenities driving resale and tenant attraction, but is anyone actually *using* these lavish clubhouses daily? Or are they just expensive showpieces that inflate maintenance charges? I'm seeing ours pretty empty most days. Seems like a huge capital sink for little actual return for investors. Change my mind.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Hum bhi Raj Heramba 1 mein dekh rahe the, price range ₹78 L – ₹96 L hai, par maintenance ka darr lag raha hai. Clubhouses toh sirf show-off lagte hain, budget-conscious buyers ke liye extra kharcha hi hai.
