Already have a home loan for my 2BHK in Upper Kharadi, but thinking of upgrading. Everyone glorifies 3BHKs, saying future-proof hai for Pune. But honestly, the premium for a 3BHK in Baner or even a villa near NIBM Road seems insane. Kya 50-70 lakh extra for ek room worth it hai? Is the rental yield and appreciation really that much better? Change my mind.

Yaar, I totally get what you mean. 50-70 lakh extra for just one room feels like a scam sometimes. Mera budget already stretched hai with a 2BHK loan.
