What's been your experience with these in Pune? Also, what's the actual total cost people are landing on for a 2BHK around here, beyond the base price and standard charges? I'm trying to map out the full investment. And for investors, are construction-linked payment plans truly smarter, or is a larger upfront down payment better for overall ROI?
