Yaar, bilkul sahi kaha! Main bhi Baner mein hi dekh raha hoon, same budget, aur builders toh 'no discount' ki ratti laga ke baithe hain. Lagta hai sirf freebies ya PLC waivers pe hi baat khatam hoti hai. Koi real negotiation hai hi nahi ab?
