Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Pune. Jhamtani Nandan Ace dekh raha hoon, price range ₹1.57 Cr–₹1.94 Cr. Investor ke angle se, I'm really curious about its capital appreciation. Launch ke baad kitna price move hua hai? Should I expect good returns over 5-7 years? Also, resale market kaisa hai for this project? Matlab, exit strategy easy hogi kya? Under-construction hai toh delivery timeline ka bhi tension hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely possessions? Any experiences ya advice on this project?

Aapne sahi pakda, track record important hai. Maine check kiya, Jhamtani Nandan Ace ka RERA number P52100033562 hai aur possession date 2026-03-01 dikha raha hai. Total units 138 hain. But capital appreciation ka kya? Launch ke time kya rate tha aur ab kya hai? Any idea? Aur ye ₹1.6 Cr – ₹1.9 Cr range mein 5-7 saal mein kitna return expect kar sakte hain Pune market mein?
