Maintenance charges in Pune are a complete rip-off sometimes, right? Veena Apartments mein bhi, bill toh heavy aata hai but service quality? Zero. I work in real estate, but even I feel cheated. Kya sab societies mein yahi haal hai, ya koi solution hai iska?
