Totally agree with you! Sai Nagar mein ₹95 lakh for a 3BHK is already on the higher side, even from a decent builder. Negotiation feels like a total myth these days. My friend bought a 2BHK in Akurdi last year and got zero flexibility on the price, only some minor 'freebies' like a washing machine. Builders have perfected the art of 'fixed price'.
