Visited Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F last week. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm seeing the same old parking games. Reserved parking bolte hain, par kaunsa spot, kuch clear nahi. Security bhi, CCTV lagte but visitor management kitna effective hai? Sirf dikhawa ya asli protection? Change my mind.

Track record toh theek hai but not exceptional. They have RERA number PM1261012500286 for this one, but that doesn't guarantee timely possession. My friend booked in Akurdi with a reputed builder, still got delayed by 2 years. So just having RERA isn't enough anymore, unfortunately.
Prakash builders ka reputation mixed hai. Kuch projects theek thak time pe diye hain, but kuch mein delays bhi hue hain. Especially for 'upcoming' projects like D E F, always be extra cautious.
Is this project even worth considering then? I was looking at it for the price range.

Haan yaar, parking space clear na hone ki wajah se baad mein bahut issues aate hain. Meri ek friend ne Ambegaon mein flat liya, ab uske building mein parking ko leke roz jhagde hote hain residents ke beech. Builder ne bola tha allocated, but sab first-come-first-serve ho gaya.
Bhai, security ka toh mat hi पूछो. Mere cousin ne ek project mein liya tha Sinhagad Road pe, wahan bhi bas naam ke CCTV hain. Visitor management ka system toh bas entry gate pe ek register hai. Real protection toh zero hai.
Totally agree! Ye parking ka drama toh har builder ka common tactic hai. Bolte kuch hain, dete kuch aur hain. Prakash Hallmark bhi same game khel raha hai lagta hai.
