Not proud of this, but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. For Canvas, I found checking RERA filings for green areas and parking allocation is crucial. Are they delivering actual open space and fair parking, or just brochure promises? What's the reality there?

Maine Canvas ka RERA number P52100077008 check kiya tha. Documents mein green area aur parking ka layout kafi vague lag raha hai. Kya kisi ne site visit kiya hai aur actual ground reality dekhi hai? Especially for the higher floors, is the parking allocation clear or is it a shared mess?

Maine site visit kiya tha last month. Parking spots bahut tight lag rahe the, aur builder ne bola ki 'future mein adjust ho jayega'. Higher floors ke liye bhi dedicated parking nahi dikhi, bas common basement hi tha. Bahut confusing hai yaar.

Sahi pakda hai! RERA filings dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Canvas (P52100077008) ke documents mein parking allocation check karo. Often, they show 'visitor parking' as green space. Also, for 454 units, make sure the total parking slots are clearly defined, not just vague promises. Builders play these tricks all the time, especially with ongoing projects like this one.

Exactly! Brochure mein toh sab green dikhate hain, but site pe jao toh adha parking space hi ghayab hota hai. Mera ek friend Amanora Park Town mein flat liya tha, same issue wahan bhi. Builder ne bola tha 2 parking, mila ek bhi nahi.
