Does anyone actually get full power backup in their Pune flat, or is it always just common areas? I'm looking at Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F. Brochures promise everything, but builders just tick boxes. Fed up of renting, don't want another power cut nightmare. Is full flat backup real or just marketing? Disagree? Tell me why.

Sahi kaha, it's always tricky. Full flat backup is rare, especially in this price bracket.
