Been renting for 5 saal now, and every year my landlord raises rent. Ab bas ho gaya hai, finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies Pune real estate appreciation, especially in areas like Keshav Nagar. Log bolte hain 2026 tak prices aur skyrocket honge. But honestly, I think we're hitting a ceiling. 2BHK ka 80L-1Cr in these areas, itna zyada hai yaar. IT salaries badh rahi hain, but not this fast to absorb this. Kya lagta hai, will this price rise sustain till 2026? Or are we heading for a correction soon? Builders like Kolte-Patil are launching with crazy PLCs. Is it real demand ya just speculation?
