Visited Kolte Patil 24k Sereno Building F last weekend. Price ₹1.96 Cr se start hai, but total cost of ownership ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration, interiors - kitna upar jaata hai? Also, for an ongoing project, 5-year appreciation ke liye investment kaisa rahega? Worried about hidden costs.
