Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the impact of inflated maintenance charges. My unit in Prakash The Hallmark Wings D E F has such high monthly outgo, aur facilities, like the so-called 'premium clubhouse', are barely used. From my experience, this badly impacts tenant attraction and overall ROI. It's just a drain, yaar. Kya others also face this in Pune projects? How do you factor this into your investment calculations? Not sure if it's even worth the premium now.
