My budget is finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the hidden costs. Pune mein first property le raha hoon, Hinjawadi mein Om Developers ka project dekh raha tha. But honestly, property price ke alawa aur kitna paisa lagta hai? Stamp duty, registration, interiors, wiring, kitchen... sab count karke itna zyada ho jaata hai. Kya koi bata sakta hai, roughly kitna percentage extra budget rakhna chahiye? Aur builder agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? I'm not sure if I'm missing something important. Totally relate, bhai! Jab maine 2 saal pehle Sinhagad Road pe liya tha na, tab laga tha sab clear hai. But hidden costs ne budget hila diya. Stamp duty, registration, GST on amenities, then electrical infra charges, legal fees... sab milake 15-20% extra pakad ke chalo minimum. Om Developers ka toh track record bhi mixed suna hai, be careful. Builder agreement mein possession penalty clause aur quality of materials specify karwana mat bhoolna.
