Honestly, I'm completely fed up with renting in Pune. My landlord in Sadashiv Peth just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally looking to buy, focusing on investment potential. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK. I'm eyeing some projects by Krishna Developers and they quoted me ₹1.15 Cr. I'm wondering, is there actual scope for a spot discount in Pune right now? Or should I hold out for a potential price correction? I've heard whispers about a slight slowdown in certain areas, maybe Hinjewadi or Wagholi. What's the best way to push for a better deal – direct with the builder or through a broker? Has anyone here managed to get a decent 5-10% off the quoted price recently? Just trying to get a feel for the market pulse before I commit.
