Property prices in Hinjewadi up 15% last year, aur Kothrud mein toh ₹1.2 Cr tak jaa rahe hain 2BHK ke liye. I'm looking at a 2BHK near Baner-Balewadi, around ₹85 lakh. Builders like Kolte-Patil aur Godrej Properties ke projects dekh raha hoon. Everyone's saying Pune market already peaked, but with Pune Metro and Ring Road projects, won't prices go up more? Should I buy now or wait for a dip? Honestly not sure if it's the right time for a first home.

Exactly! Metro stations ke paas toh price rocket ban jayega. I think buy now is the only option if you can afford it.
