Totally feel you, bhai! Yeh 'all-in cost' toh sirf naam ka hai. Builders always have some 'surprise' charges waiting. Stamp duty, registration, legal fees, then floor rise, PLC, maintenance advance... list khatam hi nahi hoti. Nilesh Purushottam Tapkir ka naam pehle bhi suna hai, make sure you read the fine print very carefully.
