Visited Logipark projects near Anand Nagar last weekend. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders quote one price. What's the *real* all-in-cost for a 2BHK there? PLC, stamp duty, OC, interiors – sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Pre-launch pricing actually helps, or just marketing? Need ground reality.

Totally agree yaar! Logipark ke projects mein bhi same scene hai. Builders show you one price, but the 'all-inclusive' is never really all-inclusive. I went to see a 2BHK there last month, quoted 65L, but after all the hidden charges and taxes, it was closer to 78L. My budget was 70L max, so it was a huge shock. PLC, floor rise, development charges, society formation – it all adds up so fast. Pre-launch pricing seems like a trap to just get you in.
