Loan pre-approved, but I'm totally stuck on where to buy because of these massive infra project delays. I work in real estate, so I see the hype firsthand. Everyone's talking about Purandar Airport and the Pune Ring Road, especially around Ranjangaon. Builders are already pushing prices based on these. But honestly, how realistic are these timelines? We've seen so many projects drag. Is the airport even happening on schedule, or will it be another decade? I'm looking at properties, maybe ₹75-80L for a 2BHK. Should I factor in full airport benefit now, or is that just builder marketing spin? What are people's real experiences with these large-scale project delays impacting property values near Ranjangaon? Are there still affordable investment windows or is it too late?

Yaar, exactly my dilemma! Builder log toh aise hype karte hain jaise kal hi flight take-off hone wali hai Purandar se. I'm also looking for a 2BHK around Ranjangaon in that price range, but every site visit, they just add 'airport proximity' premium. Is there any concrete update on the Ring Road or airport timeline? Last I heard, land acquisition issues were still a major hurdle.
Totally agree with U1! My agent also keeps pushing properties saying 'airport connectivity' will double prices
