Purva Emerald Bay – we visited last week. Kids are out, so selling our big place, want something low-maintenance. The green areas in brochures look great, but on site, they felt... small. Is it just marketing or do people actually use them? And the clubhouse – does it see any real activity, or is it mostly empty? Wondering about the upkeep for these facilities too.
