Pune's Purva Emerald Bay owners — what's your snag list experience?
Purva Emerald Bay — the snag list post-possession is just endless, honestly. We upgraded to a 3BHK for the kids, thinking it'd be perfect, but the actual construction quality is a nightmare. Within months, we're seeing minor cracks, some fittings are loose, and there's definitely a seepage issue in one bathroom. My wife's super worried about the kids' health with all this. We paid a premium for this place, matlab, it shouldn't be like this after just a year. The builder's response has been so slow. Is this normal for new projects in Pune? What did others do to get these critical issues fixed properly? Feeling really frustrated and honestly not sure if we made the right choice, especially with school admissions coming up. Any advice from experienced folks here?

Yaar, I totally feel your pain! Hum bhi Purva Emerald Bay mein invest karne ka soch rahe the. The location near Sinhagad Road seemed good, and the amenities looked great in the brochure. But yeh snag list sunke toh darr lag raha hai. It's so disheartening to hear about quality issues after paying a premium. Hum toh first-time buyer hain, yeh sab sunke aur nervous ho rahe hain.
Same here! Brochures mein sab dream lagta hai, reality kuch aur hoti hai. My friend also had issues with another builder in Akurdi.
