Honestly, the Pune rental market is making me scratch my head these days. I'm in a 2BHK in Baner, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near NIBM. Already have a home loan. Rents have shot up 30-40% in two years in Hinjewadi and Pimple Saudagar. Is this sustainable? Meri EMI almost itni hi hai jitna ab rent chal raha hai. Feels like EMI vs rent is finally tilting towards buying, even with high property prices. What's everyone's take? Is this rental surge justified?
