Puri Sohna 3BHK: Spot discount possible?

Sector 113 — Puri Constructions has 3BHKs around ₹1.8 Cr. I'm wondering if spot discounts are even a thing now? Builders say no room for negotiation, but is that true? Any real experience getting a better deal?

I checked Puri in Sector 113 last month. They were very firm on price, said no discounts. But I heard from a friend who booked in a different project near Airport Road that he got a small 'furnishing

Bhai, Puri ka track record theek hai but 1.8 Cr for Sector 113 is already premium. Spot discount toh mushkil hai, market abhi Gurugram mein garam hai, builders don't need to push. Don't get your hopes too high.
