Tenant attraction bhi affect hoti hai, plus resale value. Builders often cut corners. What's the ground reality wahan? Maintenance costs aur future capital appreciation pe kya asar padega?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Maine bhi Purva Emerald Bay dekha hai, location toh achhi hai. But build quality ka sunke darr lagta hai. Iska possession date kya hai aur RERA number confirm hai kya? Main nervous hoon ki kahin delay na ho jaye, ya phir quality compromise ho.

Haan U2, iska RERA number P52100026132 hai, maine check kiya tha. Possession date as per RERA 2025-06-01 dikha raha hai. But builders ka kya bharosa, they often push dates. Quality ka toh on-site jaake hi pata chalega, brochure pe sab acha dikhta hai.

Mere ek friend ne Ambegaon mein ek project liya tha, do saal mein hi walls mein hairline cracks aa gaye aur bathroom fittings loose ho gaye. ROI toh dur ki baat, pehle maintenance mein hi paisa nikal jayega. Is price range (₹58 L – ₹2.1 Cr) mein, we expect top-notch quality, not just fancy brochures. Agar tenant ko problem aayi, toh kaun rent pe lega? Resale value toh automatically down ho jayegi.
