But yaar, as someone finally fed up of renting and looking to buy, nobody actually talks about the elephant in the room: maintenance charges and what you really get. I'm seeing ₹5-7k per month for a 2BHK, sometimes even more. Honestly, it feels like we're paying for ghost facilities. Clubhouse is always empty, pool maintenance is shoddy, and security guards just wave you through. Builders promise the world pre-possession, but post-OC, it's a completely different ballgame. My EMI vs rent math already tight hai, phir yeh hidden costs ka kya? It's like they just want to tick boxes for sales, not actually deliver a genuine living experience.
