Purva Emerald Bay: My concerns about lifts and power post-possession
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Currently in a 2BHK in Balewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Purva Emerald Bay looks promising, but as an investor, I'm really looking at the long-term operational stuff. My current building mein lifts ka bahut issue hai, yaar, always breaking down. Purva Emerald Bay mein elevator quality kaisi hai? Aur maintenance response time kya expect kar sakte hain? For tenants, this is a big deal, aur investor ke liye headaches. Also, power backup kitna reliable hai? Full flat backup milta hai ya sirf common areas ke liye? Is the premium for these new projects really justified agar basic services mein bhi problem ho? Honestly, not sure if the fancy amenities make up for bad lift service. Koi current owner ya investor apna experience share kar sakta hai?
