Ek video dekha Purva Emerald Bay, Pune par. 2BHK 538 sqft aur 3BHK 927 sqft dikhaya hai. Looks decent from the video. But I'm more concerned about Puravankara's builder reputation. Kya unke past projects mein construction quality achhi thi? Aur possession delays ka kya scene rehta hai? Any real experiences with them in Pune or elsewhere?
