Did a site visit to Purva Emerald Bay last Saturday. Everyone glorifies premium project amenities, but nobody talks about basics like water supply reliability. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Potential tanker dependency for a bigger flat feels like a bad investment. How does this affect resale and tenant attraction? What about post-possession seepage or fitting issues? Are these hidden costs eating into investor ROI? Is the premium worth it if core utilities aren't solid? Change my mind.

Bilkul sahi pakda! Ye amenities dikhaate hain, but basic cheezein jaise paani ka supply reliable hai ya nahi, koi baat nahi karta. Purva Emerald Bay mein bhi same doubt aa raha hai. Budget tight hai aur baad mein tanker pe depend karna pade toh poora calculation bigad jayega. Resale value ka bhi darr hai.
