Purva Emerald Bay – I'm seriously looking at a 2BHK there for investment. My main concern is water supply reliability. I've heard stories about tanker dependency in some Pune areas, which is a huge turn-off for potential tenants and affects resale value. Owners or anyone familiar, how's the water situation there? Is the tank capacity enough? Does maintenance cover this well, or does it become an extra cost burden? Honestly, this could be a deal-breaker for ROI.

Haan bhai, common hai. Especially in developing areas or projects jo municipal line se properly connect nahi hue hain. Builder promises pe pura bharosa mat karna.
