Totally agree. Maintenance charges are becoming a nightmare these days. I heard Purva Park Hill is in the ₹2.0 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr range. On top of that, such high maintenance? Feels like builders are just adding hidden costs. Are they justifying it properly?
₹6/sqft maintenance is too high yaar! For a 2BHK, that's like ₹6000-₹8000 a month easily. Is it really worth it for Purva Park Hill? I'm also looking for low maintenance but this sounds steep.
