Been renting for almost a decade now, and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies Purva Park Hill Wing A's amenities, but what about actual daily livability? Is the community vibe friendly or isolated? And what's the real neighbourhood quality for schools? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Purva Park Hill Wing A sounds great on paper, especially with all those amenities. But 2.1 Cr - 2.4 Cr for an *ongoing* project with possession in *2027*? That's a huge commitment for a first-time buyer like me. My biggest worry is the actual daily commute from there to my office and the noise levels from ongoing construction nearby. Plus, is that price justified for a place that's still so far from completion? RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/31
