Since kids moved out last year, I'm finding our big house too much to handle. Ab Purva Park Hill Wing A dekh raha hoon, around ₹2.2 Cr. Builders ka track record toh theek lag raha hai. But is daily life genuinely peaceful wahaan, especially for us older folks? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Also, hospitals aur daily needs ke liye connectivity kaisi hai? Any current residents, please share your real experiences. Not sure if it's worth it for a compact flat.
