Since last year, I'm done with renting. Finally taking the plunge in Delhi. Looking at places like Purvanchal Apartments. For investors, what's your take on maintenance charges vs. actual service quality? And do those fancy clubhouses truly attract better tenants, or are they just unused facilities hiking up costs? Need insights.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Thinking about Purvanchal Apartments. How's their construction quality after a year or two? And are the maintenance charges actually worth the service, ya know?
Possession was in March for my flat in Purvanchal Apartments, and honestly, things nobody told me about builder promises versus actual delivery are kinda frustrating. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, woh kahan hai, yaar? Kids' play area looks good in photos but it's tiny, mostly concrete, not very safe-feeling. Construction quality bhi... there's already some minor seepage near a window, it's barely been two months. Maintenance charges toh high hain, but services feel pretty basic for that amount. Power backup bhi sirf common areas ke liye hai, not full flat. Should I have checked for these specific things during site visits more carefully? Matlab, what's normal for Delhi societies? Any advice on how to get these snags fixed effectively?
