Honestly, moving into Purvanchal Heights last month has been a reality check. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, actual mein kuch alag hi scene hai. Like the clubhouse, it's barely used. And construction quality? Cracks and seepage issues are already starting. As an investor, I'm worried about future resale value and tenant attraction.
