Just moved into Purvanchal Kailash Dham last month, possession March mein mila tha. Honestly, the flat itself is decent, but kuch minor finishing issues hain jo nobody told me about during site visits. Society ka vibe abhi tak toh theek lag raha hai, neighbors friendly hain, but I'm still figuring out the community events. Is it genuinely a good home for daily living ya bas dikhne mein sahi hai? The amenities like gym aur pool toh hain, but I'm not sure kitne use hote hain aur maintenance kaisa hai. My biggest question is about the possession experience for others. Did you find unexpected things after moving in? Kya maintenance charges bhi expectation se zyada hain for the services provided? Would love to hear from other residents.
