What's the real vibe in Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar vs Arihant Arden? I'm in real estate myself but buying my own place is different. Arihant Arden ka RWA kaafi strict suna hai. Maintenance issues toh har jagah hain, but yahan kaafi complaints aati hain.
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head with Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar. My cousin lives near Alpha II and he told me it's mostly rented out now. Bahut saare flats investors ne leke chor diye hain, ya fir NRI ko rent pe de diye hain. End-user ka feel kam ho gaya hai wahan.
