Bhai, Purvanchal Sanchar Vihar 'under construction' nahi hai. Woh toh 2003 mein hi complete ho gaya tha, possession bhi tabhi mil gaya tha. Aapko shayad galat info mili hai. Yeh bahut purana project hai. Resale value us hisaab se dekhni padegi, not as a new construction.
