Did a site visit to Purvanchal Sunbliss last week. Kids ab bade ho gaye hain, so we're selling our big house and want a compact, low-maintenance flat in Greater Noida. Purvanchal Sunbliss mein amenities bahut dikha rahe hain – pool, gym, clubhouse. But honestly, kitni useful hongi and will they be maintained properly once possession mil jaaye? For us, a good society with a reliable elevator and hospital proximity is key. Nearby markets aur daily convenience ka kya scene hai? Builders toh sab kuch promising dikhate hain, but ground reality kya hai? Kisi ka experience hai with Purvanchal builders? My budget is around ₹1.2 crore. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? Concerned about the upcoming status.
