Since last year, I've been eyeing properties in Greater Noida for investment, especially Purvanchal Sunbliss. The pricing starts around ₹95L, which feels decent, but honestly, I'm super nervous about under-construction projects. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? I heard about some delays in their previous projects, is that true? My parents keep saying don't invest in under-construction, but ready-to-move options are so expensive. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Also, for Sunbliss, what's the general vibe regarding investor vs end-user ratio? Don't want to end up in a ghost society where reselling later becomes a huge headache.
