Purvanchal Vasant Vihar: My investment questions post-possession
Just moved into Purvanchal Vasant Vihar last month, got possession in February. The 2BHK is pretty good, but I'm honestly a bit concerned about the investment side now. My broker hinted at strong rental yields, but finding a tenant is slower than expected. Anyone here actually renting out their unit? What kind of monthly rent are you realistically getting? Also, how liquid is the resale market? Is there much capital appreciation potential left, or are prices mostly stable now that it's completed? Trying to gauge the long-term ROI.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. My broker also painted a rosy picture for a flat I'm considering near Alistonia Estate. Rental yield sounds great on paper but market reality seems different. For Purvanchal Vasant Vihar, given it's an older project (2002 possession, right?), aren't maintenance costs a big factor eating into profits?
