Pushpak Society ka resale potential abhi bhi clear nahi hai, especially at that price point. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 34, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa. Pushpak Society, Sector 49, Chandigarh, ₹1.96 Cr is on my radar. My main concern is the resale market for this project. Is the secondary market liquid enough here? Yaar, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna pade, toh buyers milenge kya? And what about the investor-to-end-user ratio? Don't want to invest in a ghost society, you know. I already have a home loan, so this new investment needs solid capital appreciation and easy exit. What's the community's take on its long-term resale value?

Yaar, ₹1.96 Cr for Pushpak Society? That's almost ₹2 Cr! For that price point, resale value will always be a big question mark, especially if it's not a prime, established location. I'd be super nervous about liquidity too.
Exactly! I'm also looking for a 3BHK and that price feels steep for a project where the resale isn't proven. What if the market dips later?
