Pushpak Society: Daily life aur floor plan pe thoughts?

Fed up of renting for years, finally taking the plunge and looking at buying something in Chandigarh. Pushpak Society ₹1.96 Cr mein kaafi tempting lag raha hai but I'm worried about the actual livability. Has anyone bought there? How's the apartment layout and carpet area efficiency? Brochure mein sab theek lagta hai, but real-world mein kya units spacious feel hote hain? Also, noise levels ka kya scene hai, especially from common areas ya neighbours? Community vibe kaisi hai? Is it friendly or log alag-alag rehte hain? Any advice would be great, yaar. Planning a site visit soon.
