Pushpak Society residents, what's the real daily life like?
Just moved into Pushpak Society last month, and I'm still figuring things out. Brochure mein sab kuch sahi lag raha tha, but ab jab actual reh rahe hain, toh thoda doubt ho raha hai. Is this place genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe hi acha hai? Like, the gym and club house amenities, kitne log use karte hain? Are they well-maintained? Honestly not sure if they're worth the hype. Aur community vibe kaisi hai yahan ki? Neighbors friendly hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high lag rahe hain, not sure if it's justified for what we get. Any residents here with first-hand experience, especially on noise levels ya air quality? What things nobody told you before moving in? Would love some honest opinions.

I was checking out Pushpak last week. The sales guy kept pushing the 'luxury' aspect, but I felt the finishings were just average for a 2 Cr apartment. Plus, no clear answer on why the RERA status is still 'null'. In today's market, with interest rates going up, paying full price for an uncertain project status is a big gamble. I'm looking at options in Rasulpur instead.
U1, Pushpak society mein community vibe theek hai. Kuch log friendly hain, kuch apne mein rehte hain, jaise har jagah hota hai. But don't expect a super active community life every day. Weekends pe kids play together, that's about it. The high price tag of ₹2 Cr also means a certain type of crowd, mostly working professionals who are busy. Air quality is decent, better than some parts of Chandigarh city.
Hello U1, resident here for 6 months. To be frank, the gym is okay, but the clubhouse is rarely full. Maintenance charges are definitely steep, agree with you there. We pay almost ₹7000 a month, and sometimes the lifts are slow, or common areas aren't cleaned properly. It's a mixed bag. Noise levels depend on which block you are in, if you are near the main road, it can be quite loud.
Agreed on the maintenance! We are just getting by, but the charges pinch. The security is good though, I'll give them that. Haven't faced any issues with safety.
U6, thanks for the honest review. The main road noise is a concern. What about air quality? Is it okay, or do you feel the city pollution? I'm moving from a greener area, so this is important for my family.
₹7000? That's insane! For ₹2 crore, I'd expect top-notch maintenance. My friend pays less than half of that in a much older society in Manimajra. Is there a residents' association that reviews these charges?
Same pinch, U1! We almost booked in Pushpak last year, but then heard some whispers about the builder's previous project delays near Mullanpur Garibdass. That made us pull back. ₹2 Crore is a huge investment, can't take risks. Hope you get some honest answers here.
Oh no, delays are my biggest fear! We are stretching our budget for Pushpak, so any delay would mean paying EMI and rent both. Is there any official RERA update on Pushpak's completion or expected possession date? U1, did they give you a clear timeline when you moved in?
U3, you're right to be cautious. My cousin bought in their project near New Chandigarh, and possession got delayed by almost two years. Builders often show one thing and deliver another. Pushpak ka status 'null' dikha raha hai, that's a red flag for me.
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I'm considering Pushpak too, but the ₹2.0 Cr price tag for a first home feels like a lot, especially with 'null' status on some sites. The brochure always looks good, right? Your post makes me even more nervous about the reality vs. expectation gap. Kya parking ka issue bhi hai wahan pe?
