Okay I'll say what no one says about Pyramid Elite. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the 'completed' tag for a place at ~₹78L feels a bit misleading. Everyone talks about the price, but nobody mentions the actual daily living experience. The gym's okay, but the community vibe feels kinda isolated, not friendly at all. Noise from ongoing construction nearby is constant. Is it just me, or did anyone else feel like the initial brochure promised a totally different life? Change my mind.

I think it's a mixed bag. For ₹
I almost booked in Pyramid Elite back in 2021 when the prices were around 70L. Good thing I held back. My friend bought a unit in Sector 70, near Badshahpur, for a similar price range (around 78L) and his experience is much better. He got possession on time, and the amenities are fully functional. This 'completed' tag for Pyramid Elite with possession date 2023-01-01 seems like a technicality if daily life is so difficult. The RERA number is GGM/309/41/2019/03, which means it was registered. But is the builder actually delivering as per RERA promises for 'completed' projects?
Exactly, U7. That's why I'm wary. I heard about another project near Baharampur Naya where they got CC but the STP wasn't working for months! Imagine paying 80L and then dealing with basic utility issues. Pyramid Elite has 810 units, so if even 10% are facing issues, that's a huge problem for the community.
U6, RERA registration is one thing, but actual compliance after possession is another. Builders often get completion certificate but minor works drag on for months. This is common in Gurugram, especially with this market condition where demand is high.
Hmm, I was actually considering Pyramid Elite for a 2BHK. But 'isolated community vibe' sounds concerning. What kind of construction noise are you talking about? Is it within the complex or outside?
Haan bhai, U4 is right. They rush to declare 'completed' but actual handover is still a mess.
U3, it's mostly external from new projects coming up on Airport Road side. And internal finishing work in some blocks is still happening. They got possession, but finishing touch abhi bhi chal raha hai. For 80L, you expect better.
OMG! Exactly my thoughts! I visited Pyramid Elite last week and felt something was off. Price for 79L+ seems too high for this experience. Thanks for saying this out loud.
