My lease ends in 3 months and I'm honestly fed up of renting, landlord hiked it again. Looking at Sohna, especially places like Pyramid Elite. Everyone glorifies the location but nobody talks about the actual build quality once you move in. Are we just paying for fancy brochures? I'm worried about cracks appearing after a year, or seepage issues that become a nightmare. And those maintenance charges? They always seem sky-high but for what? Do guards actually check visitors properly or is it just a formality? I've seen so many projects where the promised amenities are falling apart in 2-3 years. Is Pyramid Elite any different or is it the same story? Change my mind. Seriously, if you're living there, tell me the real picture.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Sohna ka hype toh bohot hai connectivity aur future prospects ke naam pe, but actual living experience ka koi nahi batata. I'm also looking at options there, and Pyramid Elite did come up. But 'completed' projects mein bhi kitne issues hote hain, especially with the finish and maintenance. My friend booked in another project near Badshahpur and drainage issues started within a year. It's a huge investment, can't afford a headache.
